The advertised price of the vehicle is not the final out-the-door cost; while it explicitly includes the dealership's $670 Dealer Closing Fee, it excludes several mandatory government and state fees that the buyer must pay additionally. Specifically, the buyer is responsible for the $500 South Carolina Infrastructure Maintenance Fee (IMF), standard SCDMV tag, registration, and title fees, as well as applicable state and local taxes. Furthermore, the provision notes that all advertised prices, terms, and promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at the dealer's discretion without prior notice, and certain pricing may depend on consumer eligibility restrictions, requiring direct consultation with the dealership for final verification.
