Experience went very well. When I was scheduling my appointment, I stated that I would need the shuttle driver to provide me a ride back home. The service consultant made my appointment so that it would coincide with the shuttle driver runs (dropped off vehicle at 8:15 and shuttle driver runs start at 8:30). When I dropped off my vehicle, service consultant, was courteous and welcoming. She notified me the approximate time it would take to complete the required maintenance. Received a text that provided a report on the findings from the vehicle inspection report.

In the 34 years I've been purchasing or leasing new vehicles for my family & I...Hands down Coastal Chevrolet was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Our sales woman Harley was great in assisting my wife and I as she didn't put an ounce of pressure on us to buy or lease as she was very professional and patient. Being a CPA and used haggling with finance managers over terms, taxes, fees and warranties....even Coastal Chevrolet's finance manager Edward was professional and diligent while explaining everything to us...and Edward even had a great sense of humor. I fully recommend the Coastal Chevrolet family which I have as our friends and neighbors love our new 2026 Traverse RS who nick named it the Beast.

I had my Tahoe serviced and a brake fluid flush. The appointment was prompt and efficient. The service department was very polite.
