    This dealership charges a hefty fee to tell you what a problem is and does not apply that fee if you get the work done there. Even if you buy the car there. I have seen diagnostic fees used before but every other dealership gives you a credit back it you get the work done there. Terrible business practice. Because of this I would never consider them for a new car purchase.

We understand that diagnostic fees can be a point of frustration, but we utilize them to ensure our master technicians are fairly compensated for the specialized time and expertise required to accurately identify issues. Unlike a general estimate, a true diagnostic involves a deep dive into the vehicle's systems to ensure the repair is done right the first time and we do need to compensate our team for this time. We truly appreciate your past business and regret that this policy changed your perspective on our dealership.
